GAIL GUITTARR, Vice President, has been a licensed Realtor on the North Shore since 1970. She joined Coldwell Banker in 2002 but began working as an Agent in 1992 at another notable Agency in Beverly, MA. She has extensive knowledge of new construction, house values, school systems, waterfront properties, land development, and price negotiation.
Prior to working in Real Estate, Gail was an early education teacher for 26 years at Mrs. Alexander's School in Beverly. With an interest in sales and a love for real estate, Gail saw an opportunity. The many young families at Mrs. Alexander's who were expanding and growing out of thier homes, soon became Gail's first customers. She continues to stay in touch with the school and their families.
ABBY GUITTARR BEAULIEU has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2003. She graduated from Salem State College with a BA in Communications and minor in English in 2003. Abby enjoys the fast pace of Real Estate and working with customers in finding a home. She has been working with many of her young friends on the North Shore and many other first time home buyers.

MEGHAN GUITTARR NICHOLS has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2002. She joined Coldwell Banker full time after working in Boston for 9 years in Institutional Sales. Meghan graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a BA in Communications and a minor in Business. She enjoys working with customers in searching for and selling their homes.
Meghan was a Trustee at the Glen Urquhart School in Beverly Farms from 2004-2010. She enjoys playing tennis, skiing and boating. Meghan also volunteers her time at Mrs. Alexander's School in Beverly.
